This page applies to BossMakers Commerce, an online store software service operated by BossMakers Developers Studio (“BossMakers”, “we”, “us”), Shop No. 20, Saket Paradise, near DB Chowk, Kalyan, Mumbai, Maharashtra 421301.

A digital service

BossMakers Commerce is online software. We do not ship any physical goods.

When you get access

• Plans: your store admin is available as soon as your account is created, and login details are sent to your registered email.
• Setup: we deliver your ready store within 2 working days after we receive your payment and your store content (products, photos, logo and brand details). Larger catalogues may take longer; we will tell you the date before starting.
• You receive your store's preview address and admin login by email and WhatsApp.

Delays

If we cannot deliver on the date we gave you, we will tell you why and give a new date. If we cannot deliver at all, you get a full refund of the setup fee.
