Terms of service

This page applies to BossMakers Commerce, an online store software service operated by BossMakers Developers Studio (“BossMakers”, “we”, “us”), Shop No. 20, Saket Paradise, near DB Chowk, Kalyan, Mumbai, Maharashtra 421301.

1. The service

BossMakers Commerce provides software to create and run an online store (the “Service”), including a storefront, an admin panel, hosting, and integrations with third-party services such as payment gateways, couriers and Meta. We may also set up your store for you (“Setup”).

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract in India. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details, for keeping your login details safe, and for everything done through your account.

3. Fees and billing

• Setup is a one-time fee shown on our pricing page, paid by a secure payment link before work starts.
• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance by autopay (UPI AutoPay, card or eMandate) through our payment partner. Each plan includes a 3-day free trial; the first charge happens when the trial ends.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees. Taxes are added where applicable.
• If a renewal payment fails and is not recovered, we may pause your admin panel. Your storefront keeps taking orders during a pause; we will not delete your data for non-payment without notice.

4. Your store, your sales

Payments from your customers are processed by your own payment gateway account (for example Razorpay) and settled directly to you. BossMakers does not collect, hold or settle your sales money and charges no commission on it. You are the seller of record and are responsible for your products, prices, taxes, shipping, returns and customer service, and for complying with the terms of your payment gateway and courier partners.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to sell illegal, counterfeit, hazardous or restricted goods, to mislead customers, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attack or overload the Service. We may suspend a store that breaks these rules or the law.

6. Your data

You own your store content and your customer and order data. You can ask us for an export at any time. We process that data only to provide the Service, as set out in our Privacy policy.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; we will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.

8. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel at any time; see our Refunds & cancellations policy. We may end the Service with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breach of these terms. After termination we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for the acts of third-party services.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kalyan, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
