This page applies to BossMakers Commerce, an online store software service operated by BossMakers Developers Studio (“BossMakers”, “we”, “us”), Shop No. 20, Saket Paradise, near DB Chowk, Kalyan, Mumbai, Maharashtra 421301.

1. What we collect

• Brand owners: name, business name, email, phone, address and GST details you give us, and records of your plan and payments.
• Payments to BossMakers: processed by our payment partner. We receive confirmation and the last details needed for records (such as payment ID and method); we never see or store full card or bank details.
• Website visitors: basic technical data such as IP address and browser, used for security and to keep the site working.

2. Data in your store

When you run a store on BossMakers Commerce, you decide what customer data your store collects (such as names, addresses and orders). For that data you are the data fiduciary and BossMakers acts as your data processor under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: we store and process it only to run your store and never sell it or use it for our own marketing.

3. How we use data

To provide and support the Service, bill for it, keep it secure, comply with law, and contact you about your account.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers we need to run the Service (hosting, payments, email and messaging), with integrations you turn on (such as your payment gateway, courier or Meta), or where the law requires.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers and protected with encryption in transit, access controls and audit logs.

6. How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as long as tax laws require. Store data is deleted 30 days after your account ends, unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to us. We reply within 30 days.

8. Cookies

This website uses only cookies needed for it to work. Stores may use cookies for carts, logins and, if the brand enables them, analytics and ads pixels.
